Tapas Menus

The term Tapas in Spanish means a lid, cover or cap - and is believed to have come from the old Andalusia custom of presenting a glass of wine or sherry covered with a slice of ham or sausage as an appetiser. As it became an established tradition, so the range of items offered grew, and today it has become one of the most popular ways to eat. You can choose from many different types of dishes, hot or cold, each offering its own special flavour and texture, and eat as little or as much as your appetite allows.
